Making an appointment with a new chiropractor can be intimidating, especially if this is your first time in a chiropractic office. To help put you at ease, we offer a FREE, no-obligation consultation with the doctor. We will listen to your health concerns and goals. If we think we can help you, we will explain all the steps in our process to help you achieve your health goals.

Step 1. Request a consultation appointment
You may call us at (630) 325-5522 or fill out a form online and we will contact you to set this up.
Step 2. Confirmation
Once your appointment is on our schedule, we will send you a confirmation email with all the details of your appointment.
Step 3. Health history
You can complete the form online. If you prefer to fill them out at the office, we ask that you come in 10 minutes before your scheduled time to complete the form.
Step 4. FREE Consultation
The doctor will listen to your health concerns and goals. We want to make sure you feel that we understand what is going on.
If we mutually agree that you are in the right place, we'll move on to a paid examination. We'll let you know how much it is up front and what to expect.
Step 5. Paid Examination
We will perform posture checks, painless computerized tests and upper cervical films (if necessary).
Step 5. Report of Findings
The doctor will go over the results of your exam and give you a recommendation to achieve your desired health outcome.
